Warranty Policy of XHL Tire Company
General Policy
XHL offers a comprehensive warranty for all its tires. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer and lasts for [X] years or until the tread depth reaches [Y] millimeters, whichever comes first.
Coverage
Material and Workmanship Defects
If a tire is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance, [Company Name] will, at its option, repair the tire or replace it with a comparable new tire. This includes issues such as abnormal belt separation, tread separation, or valve stem failures that are due to manufacturing errors.
Pro-Rated Basis

The pro-ration is calculated based on the remaining tread depth and the time elapsed since purchase. For example, if a tire has 50% of its original tread depth remaining and is within the warranty period, the consumer will be responsible for 50% of the cost of a comparable replacement tire, with [Company Name] covering the other 50%.
Road Hazard Coverage (Optional Add-on)
For an additional fee, consumers can opt for road hazard coverage. This covers damage to the tire from nails, potholes, and other road debris. In the event of a covered road hazard incident, XHLwill replace the damaged tire or provide a comparable new tire, subject to certain terms and conditions.
The consumer may be required to pay a deductible depending on the type of tire and the extent of damage.
